The Stock Exchange has received a message from Jolimark Holdings Limited, 
a new listing applicant, which is reproduced as follows:-

of the Public Offer Shares to be published in the South China Morning Post 
(in English) and the Hong Kong Economic Times (in Chinese) on
                                                Tuesday, 28th June, 2005

Despatch of share certificates to wholly or partially successful 
applicants on or before
                                                Tuesday, 28th June, 2005

Despatch of refund cheques to unsuccessful applicants on or before
                                                Tuesday, 28th June, 2005

Dealings in Shares on the Main Board commences
                                                Wednesday, 29th June, 2005

WHITE application forms:

If you have applied for 1,000,000 Public Offer Shares or more and have 
indicated on your application form that you will collect Share 
certificate(s) and/or refund cheque(s), you may collect it/them in person
from:

Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited,
Shops 1712-1716, 17th Floor, Hopewell Centre,
183 Queen's Road East, Hong Kong

Share certificate(s) and refund cheque(s) will be available for collection 
between 9:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, 28th June, 2005.

You must show your identification document to collect your Share 
certificate(s) and/or refund cheque(s).

Applicants being individuals who opt for personal collection must not 
authorise any other person to make collection on their behalf. Applicants 
being corporations who opt for personal collection must attend by their 
authorised representatives bearing a letter of authorisation from their 
corporations stamped with the corporations' chops. Both individuals and 
authorised representatives (if applicable) must produce, at the time of 
collection, evidence of identity acceptable to Computershare Hong Kong 
Investor Services Limited.

If you do not collect your Share certificate(s) and/or refund cheque(s), 
if any, within the time specified for collection as mentioned above they 
will be sent to the address on your application form shortly after the
time for personal collection by ordinary post and at your own risk.

If you have applied for 1,000,000 Public Offer Shares or above and have 
not indicated on your application form that you will collect your Share 
certificate(s) and/or refund cheque(s) in person, or if you have applied 
for less than 1,000,000 Public Offer Shares, then your Share 
certificate(s) and/or refund cheque(s), if any, will be sent to the 
address on your application form by ordinary post and at your own risk 
onthe date of despatch.
